Yakıt X, by its core features, prioritizes user privacy.

Your core fuel logs, expense information, and vehicle data are stored locally (offline) on your device.

However, to ensure application functionality, display advertisements, and perform analytics, certain sensitive data specified below (Location, Photos, Device IDs) are processed and transferred to secure servers/third parties.

☁️2. Backup and Google Drive

The backup feature works as follows:

Backup is optional and must be activated by the user.
The application accesses your Email address and Drive storage through your Google account for the backup process.
Your data and documents are transferred directly to your own Google Drive account.
The management of your backup files (deletion, sharing, access) is entirely under your control.

🌐3. Internet Permission, Use of Location and Photo Data

Our application uses the following permissions and data in order to maintain its functionality:

Location Data (Approximate and Precise Location)	• My Trip Map & Station Finder: Your location data is processed to query nearby fuel stations and rest areas via the Overpass API (overpass-api.de). • Advertisements (AdMob): Location data is collected by the AdMob SDK to serve personalized advertisements. • Analytics (Firebase): Location-based analysis is performed by Firebase Analytics to measure application performance.
Photos and Media (Invoice/Receipt Images)	Gemini AI (Receipt Scanning): Fuel receipt photos you take or upload within "ReceiptScannerActivity" are securely sent to Google Gemini API servers for text analysis (OCR) purposes. This process is entirely for application functionality.
Google Drive API & Account	The email address and file access permission are used to enable the user to voluntarily back up their data, files, and documents to their own Drive account.
Device and Other Identifiers (Advertising ID, etc.)	The Advertising ID is collected through Google AdMob and Firebase SDKs for ad optimization, fraud prevention, and application analytics.
Application Updates	Used for version control through the Play Store.

🚫4. Third-Party Data Sharing and Security

Except for the third-party service providers specified in the table above (Google AdMob, Firebase, Gemini API, Overpass API), your data is never sold for commercial purposes or shared with independent third parties. All data transfers are performed securely by being encrypted over the HTTPS protocol.

✅5. User Rights and Data Deletion

As a user, you have the following rights:

Data Portability: You can export your data at any time.
Data Deletion: You can delete your local data by removing the application from your device. You can remove your backups in Google Drive from the Google Drive application at any time.
Location and Camera Permissions: You can turn off location and camera/photo permissions at any time from your device's Settings section (in this case, receipt scanning and map features will not function).

👶6. Children's Privacy

Yakıt X does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. The application is designed for vehicle owners and drivers.
