1General Provisions

The Yakit X ("Application") service is provided subject to these Terms of Use. By downloading and using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Yakit X reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, including version updates and changes to features. You will be notified when significant changes are made.

2Eligibility for Use

You may only use the application for lawful purposes. You may not use the application for the following purposes:

• Violation of any law or regulation
• Activities resulting in the violation of the rights of others
• Distribution of malicious software or viruses
• Attempting unauthorized access to the application
• Disruptive or harmful behavior towards other users

3User Accounts and Responsibility

Some features of the application may require creating a user account. For your account:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information
• You must keep your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized access

4Intellectual Property Rights

The Yakit X application and all of its content (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, etc.) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may only use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any part of the application without permission.

5Data and Privacy

All data you set by using the application (vehicle information, fuel records, expense data, etc.) is stored locally on your device. For more information about the privacy and security of your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for all data you provide and you must ensure its accuracy.

6Premium Features and Payment

Some features of the application are offered as a paid service. In the event that you subscribe to the Premium membership:

• Payment transactions are carried out over a secure and encrypted connection
• Your registered payment method will be processed automatically on the specified date
• You can cancel your membership at any time
• Return or refund requests may not be accepted in all cases

7Limitation and Disclaimer of Liability

Yakit X provides the application "as is". It makes no warranties regarding the merchantability of the application, its fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.

8Service Interruptions

Yakit X may temporarily interrupt its service to improve, update, or maintain the application. You will be informed about these interruptions as far in advance as possible.

9Violation of Terms

If users violate these Terms of Use, appropriate actions may be taken, including restricting their access to the application or closing their accounts. Legal action may be initiated in case of serious violations.

10Termination

In the event of termination for any reason by the user or Yakit X, all your identity data and data records will be deleted, except for data kept for archiving purposes.

11Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes or disagreements that may arise for any reason will be resolved in courts affiliated with the Ministry of Justice of Turkey.
